Neck Stretch

Grasp a chair. Roll your shoulders back, keep your feet flat on the ground, and face forward.  Put the left hand beneath the left thigh.

Tricep Stretch

With your feet flat on the ground, take a seat in a chair. Look forward while repositioning your shoulders.  Raise your hand over your head to the right.
